Actually, I guess my last post was misleading. I usually do a re-install and not a by the book upgrade. The only things I didn't change from 8.2 to 9.0 was /home and /var. Then I had to install from scratch because I flubbed something in the partition table. In any case, WindowMaker has been my window manager of choice because it is not as bloated as other managers. I installed it and I have no trouble with anything being broken.
