Hi, My soundcard is an old ISA SoundBlaster, and Mandrake is not seeing it. One of the times I installed, there was a blank button for sound in the list of peripherals, and when I clicked it said something like "no sound card detected, run sndconfig after install". The last time I installed, that button wasn't there. Since then I haven't been able to figure out how to even get the "not detected" error message. When I type sndconfig at the command line I get "command not found".
