Is Todd's job at risk??? Anyway, at work (as customer of Research & Development software) I have realized that at least 50% of customer satisfation depends completely on support rather than on the product itself. If Todd is gone I think Mandrake will end losing a BIG amount of users (that would go to other distributions).
