Sorry if you get this as a dupe but after about 14 hours... it hasn't appeared.
Got a wild hair up my other side and tried this. # rpm -qip http://mandrake.secsup.org/Mandrake/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/Apache-ASP-2.37-3mdk.noarch.rpm (this is all one line but my line wrap messed it up.) And it worked!. Note that this is a 9.0 rpm and I typed it into an 8.0 box so there is no way it read it locally. if you do rpm -qpl and then the http link you get all the files that that package will install.
