yeah, as far as i remember, its just writes a txt config file...

We had a setup once where we had two freesco boxes , each with a modem, one
called the other, they establised a link and we used it for backup
connection to remote office...

worked well.  we configued one of them, then copied the config files over to
the other...

Its laid out much like a normal linux distro, just smaller :-)
