LOL - I knew it was in the print settings somewhere, but couldn't for the life in me remember where <g> Just shows - we're all as blind as a bat, sometimes. OTOH, looking at this thread, I've learned that I can print pretty well anything direct to pdf, which is definitely worth knowing. Anne
