those are bad. Try copying /etc/services into the jail, or better yet
turn off chrooting in master.cf.

Are you seriously implying that you haven't formatted the disk and
started over? A malicious user has been on your system sending spam and
you haven't wiped the disk clean?? If this is the case, stop now, put in
the distribution CD, reboot, and do a clean install. Be sure to format
all partitions and restore personal files from backup.
