Online Courses in Music and Creative Technology
Free!!! , or for Certificate, or for Credit, or for Specialist Credentials
Wish you could take one of those cool summer courses in Max, ChucK, Raspberry
Pi, or other?
Or maybe you're a teacher and wish your students knew XYZ, but it's not in your
curriculum, and you don't have time to develop a new course and teach it?
Or maybe you want to spend your spring break "binging" a music tech course.
Or maybe you're a high school student and want to get a jump-start on college.
Well, You can take loads of courses online, for Free or better.
Kadenze offers over 70 courses (and growing) in arts, music, music tech,
design, and creative technology.  These can be audited for free, or taken for a
certificate of completion for a mere $10/monthly subscription.  Many courses
can be taken for actual college credit.  Still others can be taken as a group
of courses (called a Program), yielding a Specialist's Certificate.
Want to learn Max/MSP from Stanford's Matt Wright (with David Zicarelli too)?
Or ChucK from Ajay Kapur (with Ge Wang, Perry Cook, and Spencer Salazar)?
Or P5.js from Casey Reas, Lauren McCarthy, and Chandler McWilliams?
Or Processing from Dan Shiffman of NYU and the Processing Foundation?
Or Ableton from Jordan Hochenbaum (with Robert Henke)?
Or Reaktor from Owen Vallis (with John Tejada)?
Or Machine Learning from Rebecca Fiebrink?
Or Deep Learning with Tensor Flow with Parag Mital?
There are many more, but you get the idea.  Please come check out all of
Kadenze’s Courses, and feel free to distribute this widely. Julian Jaramillo
