If anyone is counting votes, I vote for the more standard implementation
of the j and k keys. J moves the cursor down and k moves it up. The
view port moves to keep the current cursor on the screen.

Another inconvenience, not related to this patch, is that shortcuts in
f-spot are not global. For example when in the 'edit image' mode I usually
have to click on the photo first, for the +/- keys to work.
