I will always value the acquaintanceship I developed with Chico.  We first
met on the pit lane at the 1993 Runoff's at Road Atlanta when we responded
to a Black Flag All account a big incident with a DSR in the combined
F440/DSR practice session.  He opened up with some smart assed quip and kept
them coming for the duration of the Black Flag.  

Chico - a true racer and character.  You will be missed!
