I drove the car for the first time a few minutes ago. The carb issue
turned out to be just needing tweaking. The air screws were backed out
about 3 turns. I also bumped up the idle speed. Once I did this, the car
took off when mashing the gas. I only had about half throttle into it
before my wife had a fit about the noise in the neighborhood.
The acceleration is awesome. I raced a 450hp, 2000lb Shelby Cobra, and
this car is very comparable. My 0-60 times in the Cobra were around 4.1
seconds.
