There's no workaround right now because presentations don't really
know what "context" they're in. However this is something I intend on
addressing soon, because there are some features I want to implement
which I cannot until I do this.
As for adding a right-click item, this is easy:
[ link? ] H{
{ +name+ "Follow in window" }
{ +quot+ [ help-window ] }
} define-operation
'help-window' is in darcs, I don't remember if it was in 0.88 or not.
However, be advised that the whole commands/operations framework is
undergoing a major overhaul right now. So the above snippet will not
work after my next set of patches :-)
