He (and a bunch of volunteers) put a new edition of Thinking Forth
online at http://thinking-forth.sourceforge.net/ -- very nice, very
free licensing terms.

Marcel Hendrix put Starting Forth online at
http://home.iae.nl/users/mhx/sf.html, but it's only licensed for
personal use (i.e. you can copy it to your HD to learn from it, but
very little more is allowed).
