Hi Bill,

The deploy tool isn't implemented on Linux yet, although I'll work on  
this soon. It's pretty trivial. Look at tools.deploy.windows and  
tools.deploy.macosx to see what's involved. Basically the tree-shaker  
is cross-platform but you need some OS-specific code which collects  
the VM and the new image in a single directory. Perhaps someone else  
could volunteer even :-)
