I didn't mention that approach at all. I'm talking about a single capability: 
saving a vocabulary to disk. What you do with that feature is entirely up to 
you.

However now that you brought up in image development, I don't think the two 
models of development are mutually exclusive.

I am interested in saving vocabularies to disk. At this point, I don't think 
it's an impossible task. Do you foresee changes to the language which would 
make a file-out feature impossible? From what I know of the planned features 
it should remain a doable thing.

I can understand if you don't want to put any effort into in image editing. 
But this sort of "live editing" style of development could be explored in any 
language. Again, do you foresee changes to the language which would prevent 
this model?
