This patch adds the ability to run files (C-ck in any factor file) and a
first try to a debug mode: when an error occurs when running a file or
evaluating an expression/definition, a Fuel Debug window pops up. From
there you can visit the error spot or invoke numbered restarts
(:warnings &co. not supported yet).
