Currently there is only a separate-files HTML generator (in help.html), used to
create the docs.factorcode.org site. As a stopgap, you could use something like
html2ps (http://user.it.uu.se/~jan/html2ps.html) to batch-convert the generated
HTML files into a single Postscript file.
