Hi, I've tried playing with Factor and decided to write a small useful
program. This program checks whether a python process is taking too
much CPU for too long, in which case it terminates it. In the future,
I will extend it to accept configuration from outside instead of
having constant parameters.

I would be glad if someone could look at the source and tell me what
beginner mistakes I made.

Regards.

p.s. where is there info about how to run this program as an
executable instead of from the factor IDE
