Hi,

I'm interested in binding to a C++ library. I know about alien.cxx, but it
seems incomplete - e.g. doesn't support visual studio - also it seems like a
crazy idea to bind directly to the mangled C++ symbols for a bunch of different
compilers, and also it is unmaintained.

Can anyone tell me if there is a reason that library was discontinued?
Otherwise I'm interested in finishing the library (if that turns out to be
practical), or perhaps extending SWIG to support factor.

Regards,
Luke Worth
