There are header fields that track conversation information. They are not
removed when you delete the body of an email. Mail clients and list servers
use this info to track conversations.

It must be a problem with my email client, I sent the message to the group and
deleted all contents within the email, completely blank and then typed my
message, but obviously that did not happen. And was NOT intentional.
I will resend it as a new message as it seems to have caused such a hoohaa.

Turn on threading in your email client (I find it very useful) and it will be
obvious. He replied to Stefan's post and changed the subject.
