If you are a user of the fail2ban packages in EPEL for EL6 or EL7 and
are interested in seeing the version there updated to 0.10.4, please
test the packages available here:

and report your findings here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1588026
I'm most concerned about any manual changes to configs that may need to
be done. If I don't see any show-stoppers I'll submit those packages as
updates to EPEL proper.
