As I highlighted, the license may be a problem for some.
An alternative is to use and install firehol-tools (part of firehol
suite, but you just need this package).
firehol-tools offers a script update-ipsets, that downloads blocklists
You just need to create and maintain the ipsets yourself.
This along with fail2ban works wonders.
