Hi Everyone,

I've got a server running fail2ban 0.9.3 on Ubuntu 16.04.7 (yes I know
it needs upgrading, I've just got control of this server and it's on
the todo list).

When started via systemd and forked into the background it starts 3
threads and they all use near 100% of a core each.

However, if I take the command from the systemd service file and run
it, it only creates one thread and less than 0.1% CPU usage on
average.

I've tried foreground and background mode when running it manually but
it doesn't seem to matter.

Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.

Justin
