The mechanism of humor is to juxtapose disparate 
elements in such a way that the mind is tricked into 
letting go. If putting two different things together 
and laughing at them is a sign of higher consciousness, 
the true yogis of Western culture are working in comedy 
clubs and the Cartoon Network. Hold the foam -- here 
come the clowns!
