The easiest way to do this would be to combine each of the 72 letters with each of (the) 5 conventional vowels -- I E A O U -- hence: RI, LI, MI, BhI, BBhI, BI; RE, LE, ME, BhE, BBhE, BE; and so on. (This drops the 72 letters ending in W [vOOv], and would thus not include the permutations on the most material plane.)
