Yes, Waldorf schools are also called Steiner schools,
for Rudolf Steiner guided the development of the first
such school for workers' children at the Waldorf-Astoria
cigarette factory in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1919. Now
there are hundreds such schools around the world.

My kids attend Pine Hill Waldorf School in Wilton, New Hampshire.

Otherwise I'm relatively ignorant of Steiner's teachings. I pick
up little snippets here and there, but I haven't made a
study of them.

Why do you ask?
