I knew someone who worked with
someone who left a pan of hot grease on a shelf, and then other person tipped it
and got seared down her back. She is scarred for life. If she had fired that
person he would however have left her employ as big a fool as ever, so instead
she worked with him stillso that he would grow and never make the same mistake
again.
