Plan to Train 3,000 Administrators or "Rajas"
The recent course held in Maharishi Vedic City to recertify teachers of the Transcendental Meditation® technique is a step toward a plan announced in March to train 3,000 administrators around the world who will take the lead in perpetuating the Worldwide Transcendental Meditation program Movement. The new administrative heads are referred to as "Rajas." On March 6 in a historic broadcast, Raja Dr. Paul Potter of New York announced the plan to create 3,000 Rajas around the world by mid-July. His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has proclaimed 2005 to be the Year of Golden Jubilee for the Transcendental Meditation program Movement and has said that the plan to train 3,000 Rajas would introduce Sat Yuga, a golden age of all positivity, to replace Kali Yuga, an age of ignorance. There are now eight full-time Rajas for the United States, residing in districts which cover all 50 states. There will be a total of 2,400 new Rajas trained for the United States. Each of the eight main Rajas is responsible for inspiring 300 full-time teachers to establish Maharishi Peace Palaces in their region and be trained as local Rajas, committing full time to give out the knowledge of Maharishi Vedic Science(SM) and its application to all aspects of society. Raja Dr. Paul Potter said that Raja training is training in invincibility, the awakening to the Self-interactions of our own consciousness. Raja Potter further explained that leading scientists of the world today have fathomed the Unified Field of all the Laws of Nature within human awareness, on the level of Self-referral consciousness, and that this is where the true field of invincibility lies. He explained that the Raja's life will integrate silence and dynamism found on this level and become very familiar with the Constitution of the Universe, the home of all the Laws of Nature. Then the Constitution of the Universe will be applied in every field of life and help to fulfill the desires of all of the people on earth, promoting perfect health, prosperity, and heavenly life on earth. The Rajas will have the skill of administering from the silent level where they will do least and accomplish most.
