Re: the British Isles: to a size that appauling management can sustain, possibly. But with normal marketing (not even good marketing), the original size would not have been big enough. Doctors were starting to take TM really seriously at one point, and then a pricing policy that would bankrupt any supermarket chain in six months was put in place, and the rest is history. Uns.
