Ignorance is bliss? Santa Claus in lieu of Jesus?

Rendering Christ's message unto Caesar, Dixon loves to celebrate the
illusion that Jesus' message was to promote a right wing ?Christian?
corporatocracy and commercialism as His message to humanity. He's just
as likely to love their new Constitution's preamble:

~~We the Corporatocracy of the Homeland, in Order to consolidate Our
Conservative Leadership, control the Judiciary to maintain our
authority, insure unrestricted corporate profit, provide for global
dominance through military superiority, keep the population safe
through surveillance and control, and secure the Blessings of
unlimited exploitation of global resources, do ordain to establish
this Official Homeland Decree~~ - jrm

Just like the carefully crafted commercialized Jesus would do:

"Republicans don't want to fund FDR's social safety net because they
fundamentally do not believe in the concept of We the People
collectively protecting all of us in anything other than a
military/police way. They don't believe that "the rabble" should run
the country. They want big corporations to run the commons of our
nation, and they think that the most appropriate role for citizens is
that of infantilized consumers -- of both commercial products and
commercially produced political packaging."
