The rationalization of the Berlin Raja fiasco below is a convoluted 
explanation. No wonder 
the TMO has done so little with so much. As the custodian of technique of great 
value for 
all of humanity, the TMO has been so enamored of whatever whim MMY had that 
there was  
no room for constructive criticism.  Obvious royal screw-ups were celebrated as 
victories.

The Nov. 07 Berlin Raja fiasco was an unexpected bomb.  MMY was responsible for 
Raja 
Emmanuel Schiffgen's  sp?  tin-ear repetitive declarations of "Invincible 
Germany !! " .  It 
was the last straw... within days we began to hear of MMY retreating into the 
background 
of the TMO.
