How about spouses? Do they have to pay? And how about gay spouses...and I'm not joking here. I know a gay initiator up in Canada who wants to initiate his partner. Now, they aren't technically "married" -- which, as you know, they can do in Canada -- but since they've lived together for about 7 years, that makes them "common law" spouses...
