The only reports I've ever seen for umpteen years and years and years are about ongoing construction and that eventually 'X' number of pundits will get to 'X' location. I don't recall *EVER* seeing a report that *all* the huge number of pundits promised over and over and over again here, to arrive there and everywhere, have *EVER* finally arrived *anywhere*.
