I don't agree with his remarks about the "liberal"
media, but otherwise I thought it was remarkably,
painfully a propos. Glad you agree.

That's the really galling part; they have the
Democrats' number.

It's just all over the place, all the lefty blogs,
HuffPo (including Chopra), TPM, Slate and Salon, TNR,
MSNBC--even Gloria Steinem, for pete's sake--a
veritable panicky flood of scorn. They're totally
freaked.

I have to say, I suspect even McCain and his team
didn't envision the extent and intensity of this
response.

I think if I were a new registrant, I'd have concluded
by now that everybody in politics was nuts and that I
didn't want any part of it.
