I thought she was pretty good. Obviously she couldn't remember more than a few lines of dialog or sell them, because they didn't give her many. But she did sit there and allow SNL to poke fun at her and her image, and that's a plus in my book. Same with Mark Walhlberg and Alec Baldwin. Mark's been hilarious lately with his mock outrage at being parodied on SNL, and Alec won an Emmy recently for basically playing his own image in a hilariously self-depre- cating way on 30 Rock. Bottom line is that Sarah Palin embarrassed herself less on Saturday Night Live than she has in almost any other previous appearance. That's progress, in my book.
