I'm curious, Rick, as when I was traveling in India with an Ammachi 
devotee the devotee mentioned how she admired how TM folks were very 
*regular* in their meditation practice.  Does Ammachi recommend regular 
meditation or "catch as catch can" which I find with some other traditions?
