It has come to our attention that a cell phone tower is being constructed on
Depot Street at the business location of Whtney Monuments. This location is the business of Kent Whitney This location is near to a residentail neighborhood, Orchard Village, the many residences within 4 blocks of Depot , as well as Lincoln School This is of deep concern to our neighborhood, and already most families I've talked to who will be within 1600 feet of the tower say they will feel compelled to put their homes on the market rather than live under the tower.
