Only if we live to be a thousand. He proposes doubling the amount the US government lays out to cancer research /in the next 10 years/. Yeah, a lot of that /in the next 10 years/ stuff in the prelude. Make college affordable? Not with a $2500 a year tax credit. The amounts of money allocated in the prelude just don't match with the words of Obama in his address to Congress and the nation.
