Who the bible says is one of the previous 7 kings(Pres.) but is not in line to inherit the throne. But will come to power with/by the influence of a small group. Also by lies, flattery and deceit. The bible also says that this will happen during a crisis. And thats just where we are right now, in a really big would wide crisis!
