Funny you should say that. Many conservative voters voted for McCain *only* because they feared Obama's picks for the Supreme Court, Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg types, not that McCain would be a good president.

In what's probably just another case of me having low expectations and then being content when the expectations are met, my primary reason for voting for Obama was less chance of having the Supreme Court stacked with more conservative religious nutters.
