The software I work on never has to worry about ever getting certified to run on Vista or Win7 because it's corporate software and no sane corporation has ever moved away from XP. The only reason I'll have to deal with it is that I have a new laptop on its way to me, and you can't get one with XP on it any more. IBM will actually not allow any of its employees to install the vanilla Microsoft version of XP or any of its updates. They insist on taking the Microsoft version and QA'ing and testing it to make sure it doesn't contain any Redmond spyware before they redistribute it to IBM employees. Microsoft may own the business market, but its reputation is dirt. If Linux could ever get its head out of its ass and stop all the infighting it could own the business market in a heartbeat.
