Brrrr.... Mt. Shasta in winter. But hey Curtis must be singing "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" today. Mt. Shasta does have some reasonable house prices and it's supposedly a "spiritual community" whatever that means, probably lots of crystal sellers. We have the Holistic Expos all the time around here. I get emailed a free pass so just wonder through for about 5 minutes to see what's there. Again mainly crystal sellers and wannabe psychics.
