Because the legislative text must be posted for 72 hours before a vote, the House is looking at a vote sometime mid-afternoon Sunday. A spokesman for the Rules Committee told reporters that a hearing, which will set the terms for debate, will likely take place Saturday morning. The House is scheduled to be in session Friday, Saturday and Sunday for votes. Republicans have been pushing Democratic leadership to televise the Rules hearing.
