My first attempt to post this (now deleted) involved one of the dangers of current mousepad tech -- I replied to a post at random to re-login to Yahoo, went to cancel the Send once I'd filled in the login screen, and the motion of my finger on the new "gesture support" mousepad Sent it instead. Argggh!
Thus my comment on this video about Microhard's new tech boner comes laden with warnings. On the one hand (literally), you could see this new tech as an interactive way for parents to teach their kids not to rest their elbows on the table while eating. "What are these, Mom?" "They're carrots, honey...you ordered them when you put your elbows on the table...now you have to eat them." On the other, now you have to be *very* careful which surfaces you lay your credit card or wallet down on. Pick the wrong one, and you may find that you have ordered a one-week trip to Texas. Or worse, a two-week trip to Texas. :-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_w7MwfHICM
