While the EPA ties up an environmentally safe oil-eating product, Sea-Brat, in red tape, BP tries to kill it off. BP doesn't want any competition ruining its profitable relationship with cronies who supply Corexit, a poisonous oil dispersant, which the EPA told BP to stop using.
