I watched this on Bluray last night and enjoyed it. I've always been a fan of Terry Gilliam's movies. Unfortunately due to Heath Ledger's untimely death they came up with a solution to finish the film that I don't think works as well as they think it does. But I think folks here will enjoy the film especially with its references to tantra, etc. I may watch the film again tonight with the commentary.
Since I know there are a number of Netflix users here I see that "The Messengers" is now available "Watch Instantly" in HD. That's the movie with Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster who is from Fairfield. I may watch it over the weekend. "Splice" opened this weekend but not at my local theater. Not sure what is up with that but they have a bunch of teen movies playing. Maybe they went from two 3D projectors to more. I'm not happy about that as I think 3D is a fad. They're one of the only all digital theaters in the area (8 auditoriums) and probably updating more projectors for 3D isn't that much of an investment.
