I had a long talk with her when I first dropped the book off (donated by someone else who wished to remain anonymous). I tried to allay her doubts and concluded the conversation by suggesting she just read the book. A friend stopped in yesterday hoping to check it out, and was told by Rebecca that she wanted to see book reviews because it was a controversial book. Apparently she hadn't read it. I called today and left a message. Call her if you feel so inclined. See what she says. Give her a piece of your mind.
