So, You Want to Learn Meditation?

You are correct in surmising that meditation is an
intelligent means of Self-knowledge. It's been used
for centuries all over the world and other places
over a long period of time - so it's a proven
program.

Meditation, which simply means to think things over,
has been explained by Patanjalio and Parasara, two
of the most illustrious psycho-physical therapists
in history. It's the original thinking-man's program,
but it's known to only a few.

Apparently, this technique, while once very widespread,
has been driven underground due to the machinations
of the corporate types who have the name meditation
copyrighted, so we just call it "Thinking". Go figure.

But, in fact, "Thinkng Meditation", or "TO", which is
a form of special knowledge, is just about the deepest
type of activity on the entire planet! This
notwithstanding, it took me 5-7 hours in order to
realize this.

TO is a really wonderful way to enjoy, relax and have
a good life. It's simple, direct, and effective and it
doesn't require accepting an elaborate belief system
based on secret philosophies or erudite theology.

I'm not responsible for the fury of those who say that
thinking can be difficult. No! And, it's not necessary
to retire to a cave, isolated and alone - I sometimes
practice TO on the corner of rush hour traffic!
