Isn't anyone concerned that this innocent man(presumed by law) wasn't taken alive and given a fair trial by a jury of his peers? Lawyerd-up by the finest the ACLU could find and wait a minute, wasn't he found by intelligence gathered at GITMO? My God, it must have been gathered by torture! We can't just kill a man without a trial, especially if we find him with intel gathered at GITMO possibly by torture!
