Yeah, I found that too. That might be the only occurrence of that word in RV. Where did you find the pada-paaTha, or is it your own rendering? Someone *might* have read 'navasvaH' a bit incorrectly, as 'navasvaN'(or 'navasvah' as 'navasvan').
